Recipes : Mighty Duck : Food Network

Update: The duck was successful beyond expectation: crisp on the outside, juicy on the inside, but not greasy. Alton Brown shows once again why he rules the kitchen.

Time consuming, but actually not too complicated, particularly once you see it done. (I found it easier to do because I had seen the episode on which it was demonstrated.) Really, however, there are only three steps: (1) brine the duck, (2) steam the duck, and (3) roast the duck. (Oh, and eat the duck!)
